The FD Parks & Recreation Department is Fort Dodge's largest employer of youth. Each year, we utilize over 250 part time and seasonal workers who perform a variety of tasks. Stop in at the FD Parks & Recreation office or print off a copy below and send in an application today!
The Parks & Recreation Department also relies upon volunteers of all ages to help us accomplish our program goals. Volunteers assist with park restoration efforts, coach youth sports, serve as Foster Grandparents, and volunteer in a variety of ways through the RSVP Volunteer Center. Our volunteers are VIP's! (Very Important to Parks).
