• Crosswalk at County/Willie Moe's (Spring 2014).
• Crosswalk at 7th (2014-15).
• Crosswalk repair on Central  (2013).

• Comprehensive sidewalk brick repair on Central Avenue (on-going).
• 5-year Capital Improvement Plan for Downtown lists potential projects through 2015.

• Reconstruction of another public parking lot in 2014.
  
• Public parking lot sign at 1 - 2 parking lots in 2014.
• Downtown Public Parking lots are typically cleaned early Wednesday mornings.  
• As revenue increases in the City's parking fund other projects may include:
• Identifying a schedule to improve more public parking lots.
• Continuing identification of downtown public parking lots (signage).
• Continuing phased installation of on-street parking meters.
• Installing public parking lot signage throughout the downtown and at each public parking lot.

Wayfinding Signs:

• Signage along Central Avenue (2014).
• Information kiosk at 9th & Central Avenue (2013 or 2014)

Lighting:

• Streetlights on the Square (within library/park) sandblasted, painted black & cleaned (2013).

• Resurfacing of 1^st Avenue North from 7^th to 10^th Streets (2010)
• Slurry seal to extend the life of the pavement:  (2012)
• Central Avenue from Square to 12^th Street
• 3^rd Street between 1^st Avenue North and 2^nd Avenue South
• 12^th Street between 1^st Avenue South and 4^th Avenue South
• Curb repair at:  (2012)
• 8^th Street and Central

• 11^th Street and 1^st Avenue North
• Manhole adjustments - raising to meet street elevation and make a smoother roadway (2012)
• Central Avenue

Brickwork:

• Crosswalk, intake and sidewalk leveling on 9^th Street 1^st Avenue North through Central Avenue intersection.  Crosswalk repair at 8^th Street (south crosswalk and southeast curb and gutter repair) and Central Avenue (2011).
• Sidewalk brick repair at 6^th Street and Central Avenue intersection (2012).

Parking:

• Reconstruction of Lot 1 (Brass Monkey) in 2012.
• Public parking lot sign at Lot 1 (2012).
