1) Burning is only allowed between sunrise
and sunset.
2) The pile size must be less than 3 ft. in
diameter and no taller than 2 ft in height.
3) Fires of this size can be no closer than
25 feet from any structure.
4) Fire extinguishing equipment such as
bucket, shovels, garden hose or fire extinguisher,
having a 4A rating, must be
available to extinguish and control the fire.
5) A person knowledgeable in fire safety and
extinguishment shall
be in attendance at all times, until the fire is
completely extinguished.
When extinguished it must not be allowed to smolder.
