RSVP and The Fort Dodge Public Library have teamed up to deliver books and other library materials to homebound people. Books on the Go is available to any person living in Fort Dodge who is unable to come to the library.
Call the library at 515-573-8167, x231 to request registration materials. Registration materials will be mailed to your home. Fill out the forms and return them to the library. If you have a library card please put the number on the back of your card in the space marked Bar Code at the top of the registration form. If you do not have a library card one will be made for you. Library cards will be kept at the library so that our volunteers will be able to check books in and out for you.
Book deliveries are made every two weeks. Books will be checked out to you for a two-week period. Books may be renewed by telephone if you need to keep them longer than two weeks.
