Event Description:
Mike Manno of West Des Moines will present a program at the Fort Dodge Public Library on April 21, 2007 at 2:00 pm. Mike is a lawyer and teaches college law and government at Upper Iowa University. He lives with his wife Luanne, who is an asset and procurement manager for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. They live with their two "best friends," Bo and Buster.
Mike is also an amateur ventriloquist and has done numerous school shows and has appeared at the Iowa State Fair. For nine seasons he raced Formula Vees with SCCA.
Mike is the author of Murder Most Holy, the first book in a planned series featuring Deputy Attorney General Parker Noble.
Mike will discuss his book and the writing process.
