Event Description:

Registration for Winter Preschool Storytime at the Fort Dodge Public Library will begin on Thursday, January 10^th 2008.

 

Storytimes begin on January 16^th and 17^th and will conclude on February 20^th and 21^st.

 

Children who are 3, 4, 5 or 6 years of age and not yet in Kindergarten are eligible for registration.

 

Storytimes will be held:

            Wednesday     10:00 to 10:30 am

            Thursday         10:00 to 10:30 am

            Thursday         2:00 to 2:30 pm

Ticketing Information:

There is no fee for this program that offers for many children their first classroom experience without a parent. Children listen to stories, see flannelgraphs and filmstrips, and learn fingerplays and rhymes.

 

Registration by the parent is required and taken on a first come, first served basis until sessions are full.

 

Parents may come in or call the Children's Department at 573-8167 x242 to register their child.

 

Children's programs are sponsored by the Friends of the Library.
