Drawing is fundamental to every art form. Drawing and design skills are useful for all kinds of projects, from illustrating a story for a school assignment, working out ideas for painting a picture, designing something to make from another kind of material, or just drawing for the fun of it. We will explore contour drawing, shading and value, creating implied texture, using pattern, and look at a few ways to create the illusion of depth. Each class is 2 hours long and will be a different self-contained lesson, Classes include all materials and a snack. Each class is limited to 10. Come dressed to be messy.
