6. Public Hearing: to enter into a General Obligation Corporate Purpose Loan Agreement and to borrow money thereunder in a principal amount not to exceed $40,000.

j. Resolution Authorizing the Execution of the Iowa Great Places Grant Agreement with the Iowa Department of Cultural Affairs for funding in the amount of $125,000.
k. Resolution Authorizing the Submittal of an application for Clean Water State Revolving Funds through the Water Resource Restoration Sponsored Project Program.
q. Resolution to Provide for Notice of Hearing on Proposed Plans and Specifications, Proposed Form of Contract, and Estimate of Cost for the Central Garage Roof Restoration and the Taking of Bids Therefore.
