How can I obtain a copy of my criminal history?

The Fort Dodge Police Department can only provide a local arrest history. These can be requested in person during business hours at 702 1st Ave. S., Fort Dodge, IA 50501. Alternatively, you can mail in your request. There is a $15.00 charge for this service. More detailed criminal history reports can be obtained from the Iowa Department of Public Safety.
