Iowa Attorney General's Office - Identity Theft Passport Program:

The purpose of the IDPP is to help victims quickly substantiate their claims of ID theft to law enforcement, debt collectors, credit reporting agencies, and other relevant parties. Approved applicants receive a small card verifying they are a victim of ID theft that includes their name, photo, and the date the crime was reported to law enforcement.
