-Ellen Collins, Clayton County Historic Preservation Commission

“The Preserve Iowa Summit is not just for architects and historians. It is an opportunity to examine the possibilities and economic potential of the wonderful old buildings that grace nearly every town in Iowa.  The summit provides a wealth of valuable information that every elected official should consider when planning for any city's future.  I recommend it without reservation.”

-Bruce Perry, Council Person, Sac City, Iowa

“I found the Preserve Iowa Summit really informative, stimulating, even fascinating. I particularly enjoyed the keynote speaker and the session on archaeology, but I also enjoyed the chance to talk to people from around the state who are working on preservation in a variety of ways. It was well worth the time.”
